It&#039;s called &#039;Ball Bearing Maze Game&#039;.

The logo must be representing this game wherein we have to bring those five red balls into the Central &#039;C&#039; without any white ball. But, when they put the logo on a white background, the white balls go missing. And they do it most of the time (When at night, where the logo glows in red, the white balls aren&#039;t seen!). In that way, the logo&#039;s li&#039;l ineffective. 

If what you suggested is the original concept, the similarity between the two logos maybe sheer coincidence.
